Warranty
1.1 What is your warranty policy?
BRAVOURE follows the legal warranty. Dutch law stipulates that a product must meet the characteristics that you as a consumer can reasonably expect. So, when a defect is due to a material or production defect, you can claim warranty. Of course, we would like to solve this for you as quickly as possible by repairing the defect or replacing it if necessary. In the situation of improper use or normal wear and tear, the above does not apply.
1.2 How do I claim warranty?
We believe in the quality of our products and our production standards. Does your purchased BRAVOURE item show a defect, and do you want to claim warranty? Please contact us by mail at [email protected].
We would like to receive from you:
- A detailed description of the defect.
- A photo / Some photos on which the defect is clearly visible.
- The order number and date of your order. If the item was not purchased through our website, we would like to receive a copy of the purchase receipt.
Upon receipt of your email, you will receive our feedback and reply as quickly as possible.
