    All orders are dispatched from the Netherlands. When you completed your order and payment on Monday to Friday before 15:30h, we will do our utmost to dispatch your order the same day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday, are being dispatched on Monday.

    Via email you will receive a track & trace code and you will be informed about the status of your delivery.

    All BRAVOURE orders are being packed in a RePack. This packaging is made from recycled plastic (100% polypropylene) which will be cleaned and reused after return. THEREFORE, DO NOT THROW AWAY THE REPACK PACKAGING AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER, BUT RETURN THE EMPTY PACKAGING. This is free of charge and can be done as follows (see also our page about the RePack):

    1. Remove your delivery address from the packaging.
    2. Fold the packaging and seal it with the velcro (see also the illustrated instructions on the packaging).
    3. Make sure that the return flap is visible.
    4. Drop the emtpy packaging in a postbox (to be send to the address on the return flap, so NOT to BRAVOURE).

    We have chosen to use the RePack as this packaging perfectly matches our vision: Reduce the growth of plastic waste by reuse and recycled materials.

    The Repack is – at the moment – quite expensive in comparison with standard used plastic bags and cardboard boxes. But for us this is such an important aspect that we are happy to carry the costs for it. Also a tree will be planted for every RePack that has been returned. 

    Our delivery partner in the Netherlands is GroenBezorgen while DPD takes care of all our deliveries outside the Netherlands.

    Shipment within the Netherlands
    Our delivery partner Groenbezorgen delivers – in cooperation with fietskoeriers.nl – packages by bike in more and more cities in the Netherlands. This results in 60% less Co2 emission on the total journey of your order in comparison to delivery by van. Outside the cities, they work together with a traditional motorised courier. By working together smartly, your package is being sent with a courier who already has other deliveries to do in your area. This way there are no extra CO2 emissions involved. This makes them the greenest delivery partner within the Netherlands.

    For shipments within the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders from € 145. For orders under € 145 we charge € 7,45 shipping costs. The transit time is between 1 to 2 days.

    International shipping
    DPD strives for 100% carbon neutral deliveries for years. They are continuously working on development of new environmentally friendly ways of delivery and compensate the inevitable CO2 emissions.

    In addition, DPD has more than 46.000 Pickup parcelshops. During ordering you can choose to have your order delivered at the nearest Pickup parcelshop. We recommend you to select this choice; it decreases CO2 emission and you can pick up your order whenever it suits you!

    BRAVOURE ships to the following EU countries:
    Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland.

    For shipments outside the Netherlands but within the EU, shipping is free for orders from € 295. For orders under € 295, different shipping costs apply per country. These are shown in the shopping cart at the time of ordering.

    Transit times differ per country and Covid-19 currently does not allow reliable statements to be made about this. Our apologies. As soon as the situation has returned to normal, we will update this information.


    We hope you are happy with your purchase. In case you are not 100% convinced by an item, you can return this to us within 30 days from receipt of the goods.

    Within 14 days after the day you or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, receives the product, you have the right to withdraw. You can use the following template to withdraw. For more information on the right of withdrawal, we refer to our General Terms and Conditions

    When purchasing a promotional set or a bundle, the complete set or bundle must be returned.

    You can register your return on our site (link). It is also possible to return your purchase without registration on our site. In this case, do not forget to state your order no. on the return label. The purchase must be returned to following address:

    We can only accept returns that are unworn/unused/unwashed and in the original “as-new” condition. Your purchase must be returned in the RePack you received it in. Make sure that the return flap is not visible, so that your return will NOT be sent to the supplier of the RePack but is being sent to BRAVOURE at the above stated address.

    All costs and risks for returning your purchase are for your account. We recommend you to purchase insurance with your parcel carrier when returning your order.  

    Upon receipt of your return, we’ll inform you by mail. In case the return meets the conditions stated above, we’ll process the refund within 7 days using the same payment method used upon ordering. Besides the purchasing amount, also the contribution for the RePack will be refunded. In case the full purchase is being returned and upon initially ordering shipping costs were charges, these will also be refunded.

    If you wish to exchange an item you have purchased, please request to return the item for a refund/voucher and proceed with the return process. For the new item you will have to place a new order online.

    All items are being checked on quality by us prior to shipment. If accidentally an incorrect or defective item was delivered, please contact us at [email protected]. It goes without saying that, in this case, you will not pay any return costs.
