It happens to all of us… in a crash or accident you’ve damaged your garment. We hope you're OK and will be back on your bike quickly.
If your garment was purchased online with us within the past year and the damage is not repairable, we offer you a 50% discount on a new comparable item from our collection.
Please contact us at [email protected] and state the following in your mail:
- The order number of the damaged item.
- Your contact details.
- Describe what happened and the damage to the garment.
- Add a picture (or more if needed) to clarify.
After receipt of your mail we'll revert with our comments/confirmation for crash replacement within 5 working days. Fair wear and tear isn’t covered.
Once the crash replacement is granted, we kindly ask you to return the damaged garment to us. Although it is damaged and cannot be repaired, it can be recycled/reused for other purposes. The return of the goods to us is at your own expense. You’re responsible for sufficient postage and the payment of all customs duties and/or other fees if applicable. If the package does not meet these requirements, it will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
After receipt of the damaged garment, you'll receive a 50% discount code for purchasing your replacement garment from our online store. This code is valid for 6 months and can only be used for the same product group.
This service does not apply to our custom wear.
